12 tags of 2013: april

It's the end of the month, so you know what that means…I am working on my Tim Holtz 12 Tags of 2013 for April. I am glad I took my time with this one. It took a few tries to get the background of the tag just the way I wanted it using the Distress paints, and I am so happy with how this came out. This has been my favorite set of techniques so far:

I love this patina look for letters and numbers and metal pieces. I think this is a great technique for guy cards and I can't wait to use it on some more projects!
