simon says stamp wednesday challenge: make your own background

Time for a new challenge over on the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge Blog. This week’s challenge is  to make your own background and the design team is using Gelli Plates and Stencils. If you have not use the  Gelli Plate before it is SUPER FUN! Simon sells them in a 6 X 6 and and 8 X 10 version. I used the 6 x 6 for my project and cut a few pieces of watercolor cardstock and began printing away to make some fun backgrounds. When I got to one I liked, I ripped the edge, trimmed it and added it to my card base. A simple sentiment and that’s it!
