simon says stamp monday challenge: rainbow

Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge. Thank you for playing along with us last week in the Lucky challenge and we hope you will join us again this week too 🙂 

This week our challenge is RAINBOW!!! And I have paired the latest Tim Holtz The Inspector stamp with a palette of rainbow. I stamped the Alpha from this set as my background then traced over it with my Distress Watercolor Pencils then lightly sprayed with a Distress Sprayer to let the pigment bleed a bit. Once it was dry I inked the edges with Black Soot Distress Ink. I stamped and colored the inspector and then stamped him again and cut out the glasses and insides and backed them with some rainbow “lenses” and added Glossy Accents to them. For the sentiment, I stamped and colored in the letters then colored everything around the letters with a Micron pen to make the strip appear black.
