get cracking on christmas: november 2022

Getcracking
Hi there crafty friends! It’s time for another month of Get Cracking on Christmas, a super fun challenge that my friend Jenn Shurkus hosts to get you working on your Christmas cards all throughout the year. It’s the perfect time to play with all of those Christmas stamps, dies and other fun products I buy and never get around to using. I even have a separate bin that I have started to store my cards in, so when I need to start addressing them, they are all ready. That time will be here before we know it!

This month instead of making a batch of cards, I made one card for a special friend. I wanted to use the new Tim Holtz Sizzix Twig and Stump die set (how have I not used it yet!!!) to make a fun card for a pal with a fun saying. I cut most of the pieces out of my stash of Distress Mica Papers that I had created a while back.

I hope you are building a nice stash of holiday cards. If you are not following me on Instagram, I would love it if you followed me over there. I will have lots more ideas for Christmas cards coming over the next month!

Jenn will be LIVE on YouTube this evening Thursday, November 17th at 8p ET sharing how she made her card!!! So be sure to give her a follow and join her tonight, maybe even to work on your own Christmas cards!
