Today I have used the new Fab Floral Plate die and the Be You Sentiment strips to make 3 cards with different looks. I hope there is something you like here 🙂 See supply list at the bottom of this post for stamps, dies and colors.
For the first card, I cut the Fab Floral Plate from white card stock and then cut it again from several colors of Simon Says Stamp card stock. I backed the white cutout with Sookwang double sided tape then inlaid all the small pieces color by color. Once the pieces were adhered I put the panel onto a card base. I added a gemstone to the center of each flower shape then added the sentiment strip.
For the second card, I cut the Fab Floral Plate from black card stock and then added a piece of watercolor card stock underneath that I had colored with Lindy’s Magicals and added a Be You Sentiment strip – super easy and all the colors make it look super festive.
This last one was a labor of love. I cut the Fab Floral Plate from a piece of multicolored cardstock and then foam taped each tiny little piece to the card where I had added a white die cute of the plate to the card base to use as a guide. Once I carefully adhered each piece, I added a the Floral Stem die cut and a Be You Sentiment strip to complete my card.
