Happy STAMPtember® 2021!!!

Hi there crafty friends and Happy STAMPtember® 2021! It truly is the most wonderful time of the year for stampers and card makers. I don’t know about you, but I already placed a giant Simon Says Stamp order and can’t wait for all the new stamps to add to my collection 🙂  Today, I am sharing a card I created with what had to be one of my favorite stamps from the new release, the Concentric Doodle (it’s a big red rubber cling and stamps beautifully) designed by my crafty pal Miriam Prantner

I decided to create a round card from this fun doodle stamp. I stamped it in VersaFine black ink on DIstress Watercolor Cardstock and then embossed with Clear Embossing Powder. Then I colored the entire stamp in my favorite rainbow palette using Karin Markers. It takes a while, but is a great relaxing process.

Once I had the stamp colored in, I cut around the edge of the card and then cut another piece of white cardstock in the same size to create a circle card. To finish my card, I cut a CZ Design Congrats die and a Reverse Grad sentiment and applied both of them using foam tape to complete my card. There are so many fun possibilities with this stamp and I can’t wait to share a few more with you this month!
