Hi there! Welcome to Day 4 of the Neat and Tangled release…and today we are featuring the Falling Stars set. If you loved the other "falling" stamps (Falling Hearts, Falling Flakes), you are certain to love this one too 🙂 For my card, I have combined some pastel ink blending and and embossed my stars with Silver Tinsel embossing powder and finished the card with a birthday sentiment from the Floral Frame set.
