Welcome to Rubeena’s Crafting Anniversary 2-Day Blog Hop! This hop is epic with more than 70 guests and over $1,000 in sponsored prizes! Not only are we celebrating four years since Rubeena first discovered cardmaking but also crafting in general. This industry is made up of wonderful individuals who are creative, inspirational, kind, and incredibly supportive! Hop along so you can learn about why we create and how much joy it brings us! You should have arrived here from the fabulous Danielle and the Neat and Tangled Blog.
I had the pleasure of meeting Ruby earlier this year. I have followed her on Instagram for a while now and never knew until this year that she only lives a few minutes from me, in the next town. I love her artsy style and can always count on her to try out new products and tell me if I need them 🙂 I am so happy to be a part of this hop and have been enjoying all the creations from all of the tremendously talented artists! First for the important stuff…the giveaways. I also have a giveaway at the bottom of my post so be sure to check that out too. I will also pick a winner on Wed, Sept 5th.
GIVEAWAYS
In celebration of this anniversary, we have several amazing sponsors. Let’s thank them for their generosity! Winners will be randomly selected from comments left on all the blogs. The winners will be announced by Wednesday, September 5 on this page. Winners will have up to 2 weeks to contact Rubeena at ararerubycrafts@gmail.com to claim their prize before another winner is selected.
Nichol Spohr LLC - Custom-sewn rainbow pencil case filled with brand new Spellbinders dies
My card today is made with one of my favorite products, Tim Holtz Alcohol Inks and I am so glad to see everyone using them again! My backgrounds have come a long, long way since I started using them many years ago. To celebrate, I have created an alcohol ink background in my favorite palette, rainbow!
I created the background by dripping all of my favorite bright colors of alcohol ink onto some yupo paper. I used alcohol and a brush to blend and create the splatter. For my sentiment I used some Simon Says Stamp CZ Designs stamps and dies. See full supply list at the bottom of this post.
*GIVEAWAY: I am giving away the prize pack pictured below with some of my favorite Alcohol Inks, tools, Yupo Paper and Alcohol Lift Ink to one lucky commenter, randomly selected from the comments below.
Hope you enjoyed my card! Please continue on to the next stop on the hop to the blog of the wonderfully talented Tania Ahmed. If you missed any of the stops, the full list is below.
