Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge. Thank you for playing along with us last week in the challenge and we hope you will join us again this week too 🙂
See full supply list at the bottom of this post 🙂Â

Our challenge this week is Trees and I’ve used the Tim Holtz Forest Shadows die to create my fall forest scene. I cut the trees out and then blended Distress Ink onto them in Hickory Smoke and Black Soot. I cut an A2 Arch out of a panel of black cardstock and adhered the trees behind it.

I adhered this panel over a panel of Distress Watercolor Cardstock that I ink blended with Distress Oxides in Dried Marigold, Ripe Persimmon, Seedless Preserves and Victorian Velvet then sprayed with Distress Spritz in Seedless Preserves and splattered with fine dots of Black Soot Distress Paint.

To finish my card, I stamped the Grateful for You sentiment from the CZ Design Thank You Basics stamps and embossed in white, then die cut it and adhered it with foam dots.

The lovely folks over at Simon Says Stamp are generously giving away a FABULOUS $25 voucher to shop at the Simon Says Stamp Store! All you have to do is take out your crafty supplies, make something following this week’s prompt, and add a link in the Inlinkz at the bottom of this post! You can join up to 5 times so you could have 5 chances to win! How AWESOME is that!! All winners are chosen randomly, so everyone has an equal chance to win! Woo Hoo!! Good Luck to everyone! The Design Team is looking forward to seeing your crafty makes and will pop around to visit you ASAP!
