Welcome to Day 2 of the Neat and Tangled April Release. There is so much cuteness in store for you this week. Today we are featuring this adorable Dream Big stamp set and how about this sweet gal flying in the sky. I've also included another sneak at a new background that you will see more of later in the week. To create this background, I embossed it in gold and offset it. I just love the look of it!
