Welcome to Day 1 of the July Neat and Tangled release! Today we are featuring this awesome Together set (and coordinating die) designed by Miriam. There are so many awesome combinations that can be made with this set!
To make this card, I stamped the background in all the colors of the rainbow using my stamp platform, moving the paper up the same amount each time as I went along. I finished off the panel with a bit of black paint splatter.
