Gelli Printing for Card Makers (In-Person)
Calgo Gardens, Freehold, NJ
Saturday, February 22nd, 2025
10:30am-4pm
Join Cheiron for a full day workshop to explore the magic of gelli printing. We will keep these prints on a small scale while learning the basics to make great prints including creating layers, using stencils and masks, and adding texture.
All you need for the workshop is a 5 x 7 gelli plate, a brayer, and a few basic supplies for card making. All paints and papers are provided for you. Stencils, texture tools and more will also be provided for you to use throughout the day.
The morning session will focus on creating your prints. You will learn all about layering, using stencils and masks, and more while creating an array of different prints. There will be ample time during the workshop to experiment with the techniques learned and you will finish the morning with a stash of prints.
The afternoon session will be a time to take all those prints and papers that you have created during the morning session and learn how to incorporate them into cards for one-of-a-kind creations that you can send to friends and family!
Spaces will be limited to ensure ample workspace for each participant. Please register early.

Another fabulous in person class with Cheiron. She is really encouraging me to dust off those supplies I don’t give a lot of love to. Cheiron went through SO many ways to create prints with the Gelli plate. Our class was small so she was able to help us out 1:1 with any questions/issues we might have had. The vibe was so crafty and joyful in the yurt! Everyone was oohhing and ahhing over the various creations. It was a great way to spend a Saturday. I highly recommend taking an in-person class if you can. I always leave with a full crafty heart and wonderful creations.
