Simon Says Stamp Challenge: Anything Goes

This week it's any Anything Goes challenge over at the Simon Says Stamp Challenge Blog. The design team is using the new exclusive Simon Says Stamps dies this week. These dies are exclusive to Simon Says Stamp, but made by Memory Box so you know they are good quality!

For my card I am using this Brilliant and Strong set. I decided to go with a star theme and use the word Brilliant-colored in with some fun Neon Ink! To make my card, I made the background and added my sentiment, then die cut the word Brilliant out. I cut another Brilliant out which I colored in yellow neon, and replaced it in the negative space (after I had backed it with Be Creative tape). Then I took the remaining pieces of my background and used them to fill in the letters for a seamless look.
