CREEPY 2021 LE CK 1000x812 (1)
Hi there crafty friends! I am delighted to share some crafty fun with you today using the Simon Says Stamp Creepy Craft kit. This kit is packed full of Tim Holtz  Halloween and Fall goodies for you to get your creep on. I have a few different projects to share with you today using some of these fun goodies. I created 3 different projects using almost all the supplies in the kit.

The first project I created from the kit uses the grapevine wreath. I wanted something fairly simple. I took the pack of leaves (available in the kit only) and sprayed them all with the Black Soot Distress Oxide spray and let them dry. Then I added them to one side of the wreath using the bottle of Ranger Matte Medium. I created a bow out of the Halloween Collage Paper and then cut a circle from the Metallic Paper to add my Halloween Words token. I used an Antique Linen DIstress Crayon from my stash to color over the words. I added a tiny spider to the top of the wreath and one of the Paper Dolls ‘holding’ the broomstick

My second project is a Halloween card that couldn’t be any easier. I cut the metallic paper and ran it through an embossing folder to give it added texture. This Triangle Burst Embossing folder is not included in the kit, but you could use any embossing folder you have on hand! I added a paper doll using the Ranger Matte Medium, then tied one of the bands from the Halloween words using jute twine.

For the final project, a super creepy tag. For this one, I used the Ranger Matte Medium to apply a piece of the torn Halloween Collage Paper. Then I sprayed the tag with the Black Soot Distress Oxide Spray. Once that was dry, I added some texture with the Grave texture paste and added a skull to the tag along with a creepy paper doll. I tied jute through the top of the tag and included a word band from the Halloween Words Adornments. What do you do with a tag? You can turn it into a card, or even just tie it to a bottle of wine to bring to a Halloween Gathering! Hope you enjoyed these projects and if you’d like a creepy craft kit, I would place my order now as supplies are limited!
