Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge. Thank you for playing along with us last week in the Stitch It challenge and we hope you will join us again this week too 🙂
This week our challenge is to be inspired by this fabulous fall mood board created by our awesome teamie Zoey! SO much great inspiration here….
See full supply list at the bottom of this post 🙂
I was inspired by the Pumpkin photo with the black background and made a mixed media trick or treat card using the Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous Pumpkins stencil. I applied Distress Texture Paste through the stencil onto black cardstock and let it dry. Then I placed the cleaned stencil back over the dried paste and painted over each pumpkin using a paint brush and some Halloween DIstress Mica Stains. Once the pumpkins were dry, I splattered the entire panel with Distress Foundry Wax in Gilded and then heat it with a heat tool. FInally I added the CZ Design Trick or Treat die cut from black and Metallic Kraft Stock.
The lovely folks over at Simon Says Stamp are generously giving away a FABULOUS $25 voucher to shop at the Simon Says Stamp Store! All you have to do is take out your crafty supplies, make something following this week’s prompt, and add a link in the Inlinkz at the bottom of this post! You can join up to 5 times so you could have 5 chances to win! How AWESOME is that!! All winners are chosen randomly, so everyone has an equal chance to win! Woo Hoo!! Good Luck to everyone! The Design Team is looking forward to seeing your crafty makes and will pop around to visit you ASAP!
