This week the theme for the challenge over at the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge Blog is Felt That! All that felt you've been collecting? Time to put it to use:
For my project this week I used the Simon Says Stamp Pastel Felt Sheets to cut out a bunch a hearts using the Tim Holtz Sizzix Heartfelt die. I stamped my sentiment from the Handwritten Thoughts set and created a background around the sentiment using gesso through a mini Stencil from the Mini Stencil 7 set. I applied Distress paints using my fingers in Cracked Pistachio, Squeezed Lemonade and Dried Marigold to color my background, then adhered the felt hearts to the card.
Be sure to stop back and play along with us in a new challenge each Monday!
Simon Says Stamp is giving away a $50 gift voucher that will go to one random challenge entry. So please join us for this week's challenge at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge. You might also be on our Friday Designer Spotlight. Good luck, I can't wait to see what you make!
