Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge: Fun with Foil

Hello crafty friends and welcome to another Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge. Thanks to all who played along with us last time and we hope you will join us this week too. This week our challenge theme is Fun With Foil and the Design Team is using products that have foil – think foiling, foil paper etc.

For my card this week, I made my own “foil tape” using double sided Be Creative tape and Ranger Frozen Foil Sheets. No mess and super easy to do. Just place the tape down on your surface and then peel off the tape backing, then add your foil sheet on top and burnish. I added it to the layers of collage papers I put onto my panel.

Once my collage panel was complete, I inked the edges with Black Soot Distress Ink and added black and white splatter. To complete my card, I added sentiments using the Birthday Palooza stamps + dies from CZ Design along with the Birthday Reverse Sentiment Strips.
