simon says stamp monday challenge: home decor

SSS challenge link Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge. Thank you for playing along with us last week in the Spooky Challenge and we hope you will join us again this week too 🙂

This week our challenge is Stitch It and we are challenging you to create a Home Decor piece! It could be a hanging, a banner, or any other kind of home decor piece at all! I have used a Dina Wakley Media Board along with Tim Holtz Floral Outline stamps to create my piece. I started the first layer with some Typeset Collage Paper and Antique Linen Distress Paint. I dried it with a heat tool and added layers of stamping, painting and some Translucent Distress Texture Paste using the Dotted stencil. I added lots of splatter and a sentiment from the Christmas Cutouts dies and a Small Talk Sticker to complete my project.
