simon says stamp monday challenge: nautical/by the sea

This week the theme for the challenge over at the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge Blog is Nautical/By the Sea. My project is not exactly sea themed, but it sure is not summer at the beach without some ice cream! I also could not wait to try out this fun Concord & 9th Sweet and Cool stamps and dies :)
