Hello there crafty friends! I am super excited to once again be joining Simon Says Stamp in a blog hop to celebrate their newest release – All the Feels. You should have arrived here from the blog of the amazingly talented Sidnie DesJardins.

Today I have made 3 cards for you featuring the brand new Floral Garden stamps. This set has gorgeous outline florals, great for coloring, painting or just plain stamping along with 3 bold sentiments. The first card is super simple and easy to create. I stamped the Floral Garden onto kraft cardstock and added a bit of Black Soot Distress paint spatter. Then I stamped and embossed the Missing You sentiment on white. Very quick to create, and I love the striking look of the black on kraft.
The second card is just as easy, and perhaps just a but more elegant. For this card I stamped the Floral Garden on a panel that was cut with the Wonky Rectangle die and embossed it with gold embossing powder.
For my third card, I created a completely different look with by stamping the new Friendship Text stamp then stamping over it with the Floral Garden stamp (lining the panel up on a stamp platform). I painted in the flowers in with DIstress Paints, then once they were dry, I realigned the paper in my stamp platform and stamped the flowers again with Black Soot Archival Distress Ink.

The more I see the Floral Garden stamp, the more I think I “need” it. You made three entirely different cards using that stamp and each one is lovely. My favorite is the colorful scalloped border card. So pretty and cheerful looking.
