Create with Cheiron heading and colorful cards over white background

neat and tangled: calathea

Hi there! It's Day 3 of the Neat and Tangled January release, and today we have a wonderful layering stamp set for you called Calathea. I absolutely love all of the layering sets from Neat and Tangled and this one is no exception. There are so many possibilities with this one (solids, outlines and accents) to make your cards come to life!

To create this card, I used both of the solid parts and stems to make this bright leaf pattern, then added a little splatter using the same inks colors as a watercolor by putting the ink on a non stick craft sheet and picking it up with a water brush to create a splatter effect. I added the sentiment on one of the banners from the Scalloped dies for a quick and simple card. I love this vibrant color combo, and have so many other colors in mind for this set. Hope you enjoyed it!
