It’s day four of the January Neat and Tangled release and today we are featuring the Floral heart set. This set is great for Valentine’s day and to send love the whole year through. For this card, I colored a watercolor panel with Distress spray stains, then spritzed and blotted it with a towel for a spotted effect. I added some splatters of gold paint to finish it off. I embossed the floral heart in gold, and colored it in the same way that I colored the panel, then adhered it to make a little window with the ‘I love you’ message peeking out from underneath. I mounted it all onto a gold notecard to create an extra special Valentine card.
