Hi there! Welcome to Day 3 of the Neat and Tangled release…today we are featuring the Heart Duo stencil. If you know me you know I loved the Balloon Duo stencils and have used them with Distress Oxides and blending brushes before, and thought that would be a great look for these hearts too!!! I stenciled and shaded them with my blending brushes, then I gave the entire card a quick spritz with iridescent shimmer spray and blotted it with a paper towel. To finish it I added a few clear drops…
