Welcome to Day 1 of the Neat and Tangled April Release! There is so much cuteness in store for you this week. Today we are featuring this adorable To The Stars stamp set and you are going to just love these sweet little images with their tiny stars. I've also included a sneak at a new background that you will see more of later in the week. To create this background, I made an ombre alcohol ink panel in my favorite pinks, then stamped the background with Alcohol Lift Ink. I just love the look of it!
