simon says stamp monday challenge: stars
Hi crafty friends, it's time for another challenge over on the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge Blog. Thank you for joining us in the Let's Sparkle challenge last week and we sure hope you will join us this week too!
This week our challenge is Stars and today I've created a Magical Santa Card with a background of Snowy Stars. To create this card I stamped the Santa from the Yuletide set, colored him in with Distress Inks and a water brush and cut him out. I inked up a panel of DIstress Watercolor Paper with Blueprint Sketch distress Ink, and sprayed it with water, and some Mica Spray.
Then I cut out the Sizzix Snowy Stars from my inked panel and backed them with white cardstock. I added the Santa image along with some Ephemera and stickers from the Christmas Noel Sticker Book and also added a Christmas Quote Chip with two Hardware Heads.
