Today I'm sharing a project I made for the CC3 Challenge. This challenge follows along with the techniques in Tim Holtz's latest book, Compendium of Curiousities III, and this week's Altered Burlap Panel can be found on p.37. This is the first challenge that I am playing along with, and I had so much fun making this panel!

I was inspired by Tim's July tag and I wanted to make a canvas with his new dies and try out the "sand" technique of course! To make the background, I used marbled distress paints and used the Bubbles texture fade to "stamp" on some bubbles.

Your altered canvas is gorgeous and it has a very calming effect! The vibrant blue background makes all of the contrasting elements pop!
